Suspended? - Guild Wars Forums

I was suspended 2 days before Christmas,for 72 hours,at first I was told that there was 2 CDkeys for my account,then it was said I had impersonated an Anet officer; Well we all know that they show in purple and that there is no way to make your own name and chat that color.
Now let me explain both of these situations, First,I have played Guild wars since beta and have never,ever started anything with anyone,I did stop for awhile,had family trouble,moved, and then reinstalled GW on my machine to start playing again.My son was playing my account for a year or so and he had my original retail CD,not really thinking much of him with my CD, I reinsatlled with my pre-order CD,So that explains the 2 CDkey thingy.Now about this so called Impersonation; I was in Lions Arch one afternoon collecting gifts,or should I say trying to,There was this guy that was gift hogging behind gate storage so that no other gifts would appear and the grenchies kept kamakazaing the storage chest (real nice guy huh?) so I went to storage at gate and ask him to please collect his present and let us all have a chance,he laughed me off and said he had done this for a couple years,with that said I told him,as I recall that I knew how to report people like him,and he replied to me that I shouldn't try impersonating an Anet Officer.Well I wasn't trying and maybe there was A typo but to my surprise he reported me and from that I was suspended for 72 hours, after three calls to Anet and being told at first that it was CDkey thing I missed all the Wintersday stuff and am now stuck with alot of stuff that was needed for the ending Items.
Seems a little lame to me that without warning or notification we can be suspended or banned without even a chance of explanation,I did ask an Anet employee if there was any way to redeem all this stuff but was told, no way.There again with the celebration things they do it would seem appropriate for a chance to clear these things up before just getting booted and having no idea of why without having to spend 2 or 3 days on the phone trying to get an answer.

I hope that this will help all of the honest game players get more respect than I received for a childish act of some one else.Please if you have any comments on this,post them so that Anet will give us Honest players a chance to redeem our selfs before just being booted without warnings.....
